Presenter

Miles Pringle is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at The Bankers Bank in Oklahoma City. Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas, Miles and is a recognized leader in the legal community. He currently serves as Vice President for the Oklahoma Bar Association (an official arm of the Oklahoma Supreme Court), and previously as a Governor on the OBA’s Board of Governors and Chair of the Financial Institution and Commercial Law Section. In 2021 he was awarded with the OBA’s President’s Award and was named on the 40 Under 40 list of Emerging Community Bank Leaders by the Independent Community Bankers of America.

One of his focuses at The Bankers Bank is virtual currencies. He is a frequently requested speaker on the topic from both banking and legal organizations. He has also published several articles regarding virtual currencies, including receiving the Briefcase Award in 2018 from the Oklahoma County Bar Association for an article he wrote explaining bitcoin.

Miles is very involved in his community. For example, Miles is Board President for Rainbow Fleet, Inc., a non-profit serving children and childcare professionals by providing training for childcare providers, referrals, operating a toy library, and running an early childhood education center. Miles and his wife Andrea have two sons and are members at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.
