KSAE Sponsors are in the spotlight at our events. Sponsors are given name and logo recognition on all our event marketing – which includes our website, email, social media. Not only are you able to network with association decision makers and meeting planners, sponsors are often given time to speak during the event so that you can take your message directly to your target market. And we offer everything from intimate gatherings at roundtable meetings to large audiences at our Annual Conference.

Lunch and Learns

Lunch and Learns are educational events that occur in Topeka to bring members together for networking and education on the latest trends in association management. Highlight your product or service to association executives and business professionals with speaking time during the luncheon and wide-spread event marketing to all members.

Ice Cream Social

The Traditional Ice Cream Social event has been going on for years at the State Capitol. This event is highly attended by association executives and lobbyist. Sponsors are recognized verbally at the event as well as on all marketing material to all members. 

Legislative Lunch

The Legislative Lunch is an event for association executives to gather and network together and hear from Kansas Leaders on the Legislative Session. You or your business can sponsor the networking social prior to the lunch. Your business logo and information will be on all marketing material and mentioned at the event. 

Meeting Planner Roundtables

The Meeting Planner Roundtables is a once a year all day event, exclusively for association meeting planners. Highlight your property/location/service to an intimate gathering of association meeting planners with speaking time during the lunch and event marketing to all members. 

Fall Expo

KSAE hosts a one-day educational event in conjunction with the Annual Conference. This event includes sponsorship opportunities as well as a table-top trade show. 

Host a KSAE Event

Every fall, KSAE sends an RFP out to our members with the opportunity to host an KSAE event at your location or property. This includes our luncheons, retreats and board meetings planned for the next calendar year. The RFP is typically sent to members in September/October for the following year's events.
