Associations have always been about engagement...the thing is, most of us aren’t really doing it well. Could that be because we’ve been thinking about engagement all wrong?

Join Elizabeth Weaver Engel, M.A., CAE, as she shares insights that radically shift our understanding of engagement – to one based on an outside-in approach that encourages viewing the world from your members perspective and focusing on the outcomes they want to achieve.

During this session,  you will learn how to:

  • re-define engagement as a value-generating partnership that leads to success
  • re-focus engagement efforts on what matters most to your stakeholders and advancing the association's goals
  • shift your perspective on engagement to understanding its role at the heart of your business strategy

By the end of this session you will understand how to build authentic relationships with your members and discover how your association can become a necessary partner in helping your members achieve their most important goals and at the same time, becoming a financially healthy, vital, growing, mission-driven organizations as a result.
