KSAE Advocacy Room – Registration Information

KSAE offers members exclusive access to the KSAE Advocacy Room at the Kansas State Capitol, a convenient, dedicated space for meetings, calls, and advocacy activities during the legislative session.

Location & Access

Located in Room 140-S, across from the cage elevator
Serves as your office away from your office
The room is not staffed
Registered users may access the room anytime, day or night, using their assigned key

Room Features

Printer / scanner / copier
Television with access to live broadcasts
Workspace and small conference table
Comfortable chairs
Keurig
Hanging coat rack

Registration & Fees

$150 per registered user
$20 per additional user/key within the same organization
*Register additional team members within your organization as a guest
Fees reflect a modest increase due to higher Capitol room rental and maintenance costs.

Room Access & Keys

The Advocacy Room lock will be changed for the upcoming year.
All users must obtain a new key, even if they previously had access.
Users are expected to lock the room when not in use, in alignment with Capitol security requirements.
New keys will be available for pickup at the BHL office

Access is limited to KSAE members only
All users must be registered in advance
Registration is required for each individual who will use the space

Gubernatorial Candidate Meet & Greet + Happy Hour

Tuesday, June 16 | Topeka Country Club
Program: 2:00 – 4:00 PM | Reception: 4:00 – 5:30 PM

Kick off the election season with a unique opportunity to hear directly from candidates for Kansas Governor. Invited candidates (attendance based on availability) will each have dedicated time to address attendees and share their vision for the state of Kansas.

Following candidate remarks, join us for a relaxed happy hour reception where you can engage one-on-one with candidates and their staff while networking with fellow KSAE members.

Kansas House Election Preview

Tuesday, August 18 | Topeka, KS
2:00 – 4:00 PM

Gain valuable insight into the upcoming Kansas House elections during this informative preview session. A Republican and Democratic presenter will each provide analysis of key races, highlight competitive districts, and share what to expect heading into the general election.

This program builds on KSAE’s trusted election preview format—offering timely, nonpartisan insights to help you better understand the political landscape and its potential impact.
